Wedding at Caerphilly Castle

If you are looking to get married in Caerphilly Castle then you are making an excellent decision. Unlike all the other Castles in Wales, Caerphilly Castle has an incredible Moat that surrounds the venue. This makes my job as a wedding Photographer incredibly easy. It doesn’t take that much work at all to get some amazing images. At any moment of the day, this venue lends itself to pictures that you can cherish for the rest of your life.
The Castle itself contains some giant regal rooms that lend themselves perfectly for all different areas of a wedding day. If you have a smaller wedding of 50 people to a giant wedding with 300 people plus, this is venue can work in all situations.
Would you like to have a Caerphilly Castle Wedding?
Caerphilly Castle is becoming an increasingly popular place to get married. Not only would you be getting married in a Castle but the venue itself is council owned which means it is quite reasonably priced as well. There are very few places in the world you could get married in a Caste for the same price!
If you haven’t already, definitely go and have a look at Caerphilly Castles website where they have far more information than I do. Also if you have not already though of it, then why not check out some trip advisor reviews from other brides that have already got married in the venue and how they found it. This might help you make up your mind about it.
Why choose me as your wedding photographer?
I am a young guy with a real passion for photography. I studied photography and advertising at university. Since then I have always continued to take images and collect thousands of pounds worth of camera and lens.
About a year ago a friend asked me if I would take the images of his big day. Since then I have been moving more and more towards the wedding industry. I have done many weddings to date and feel my style of photography is more of a documentary style.
What is a documentary style of Wedding Photography
I know everyone uses this term and it may not always be clear what this means. Well, with every wedding you will have many images of people standing and staring at the camera. It is always good to get the typical “group shots” but after these have been taken I always like to just try and capture the mood of the day. I step away from the situation and just snap people enjoying their day.
The idea is that they are unaware of me taking an image of them. In doing this, you get much more natural images, nothing feels forced and much more emotion is conveyed.
I aim to make every single image count. What you will end up at the end of the day is some incredibly nature images of people enjoying your big day at Caerphilly Castle. You should feel like a spectator going through your final pictures watching people laughing and having a great time rather than a series of people awkwardly standing and saying “cheese” to the camera.
Please feel free to have a look through my website and if you are interested in getting in touch then don’t not hesitate to give me a ring or an email and I can get a quote across straight away.
